Kadryn is a SaaS service intended for professionals seeking to observe, govern and optimize artificial intelligence usage across their teams, products or organizations.

These terms define the general rules for accessing and using the website, application, features, documentation and associated services.

The service is intended for professional users acting in the course of their business activity. The user represents that they have the capacity, rights and authorizations required to use Kadryn on behalf of their organization where applicable.

Using the service on behalf of an organization implies that the user has the authority required to bind that organization or administer the access granted to them.

Access to the application may require an account, a valid email address, an organization and appropriate access rights. The user agrees to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials, the security of their account and actions performed from their space, unless a failure attributable to Kadryn is proven.

Certain features are organized around workspaces, roles, permissions, projects, teams, integrations and plans. Available rights may vary depending on the plan, configuration and user role.

Organization administrators are responsible for inviting users, assigning roles, configuring integrations and ensuring the compliance of data connected to the service.

Features, volumes, usage limits, retention periods, support options and governance capabilities may depend on the subscribed plan.

Payments, invoices, payment methods and taxes may be managed by a payment provider. Prices displayed on the website may change, subject to the terms applicable to already concluded contracts.

In the event of payment failure, abuse, abnormal overuse, security risk or clear breach of the terms, Kadryn may limit, suspend or disable all or part of the access to the service.

The user agrees not to use the service to compromise the security of third-party systems, bypass restrictions, access data without authorization, violate the law, infringe third-party rights or process data without an appropriate legal basis.

Users must not intentionally transmit unprotected secrets, exposed access keys, unlawful content, unnecessary sensitive data or information they are not authorized to process.

Kadryn may allow connections to third-party services, such as AI providers, communication tools, payment services, observability tools or the customer’s internal systems.

The customer remains responsible for the third-party accounts it connects, permissions granted, data transmitted and compliance with the terms applicable to those third-party services.

Kadryn uses reasonable efforts to ensure the availability, security and continuity of the service. Interruptions may nevertheless occur due to maintenance, incidents, technical constraints or events beyond the publisher’s control.

Kadryn may evolve, correct, suspend or modify certain features to improve the service, strengthen security, comply with a legal obligation or address technical constraints.

The publisher retains ownership of the elements composing Kadryn, including software, interfaces, trademarks, documentation, visuals, components, data models, text and architectures.

Subject to compliance with these terms, the user is granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the service within the intended scope of use.

Kadryn is an observation, governance and decision-support tool. Analyses, alerts, estimates, recommendations, reports or dashboards produced by the service do not replace a financial, accounting, legal, tax, security or contractual audit.

Decisions made on the basis of information provided by Kadryn remain the responsibility of the customer organization. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, Kadryn’s liability is limited to proven direct damages under the conditions set by the applicable contract.

The user or customer organization may stop using the service according to the terms applicable to its plan or contract. Certain data may be temporarily retained for export, security, evidence, billing or legal compliance purposes.

Kadryn may terminate or suspend access in the event of a serious breach of the terms, security risk, abusive use, non-payment or legal obligation.

These terms are governed by the law stated on this page, unless mandatory rules provide otherwise.

In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution before initiating legal proceedings.
